How to make the “is it AI?” reels everyone is posting
A real clip of you, one impossible change. The formula behind the reels that get millions of views, and how to make your own in ten minutes.

The AI reels that travel furthest right now aren't dragons or spaceships. They're a normal person, filmed on a phone, in a normal place, with one thing that can't be real. A kick in the garden that ends in a packed stadium. A bench that turns into a hypercar. The contrast is the hook.
1. Film something ordinary
Ten seconds is enough. Keep the camera steady-ish, film in daylight and make sure you're clearly in frame. Ordinary places work best: the garden, your room, the street outside. The more normal it looks, the harder the twist hits.
2. Pick one change, not five
The best reels change one thing: the place, an object, your outfit. Open Viral Formats, pick one (Sign me, Rate my ride, Is it AI?) and the prompt that works is already written.
3. Keep everything else exactly as filmed
Use Reality Swap with only that one thing selected: Location, Object or Outfit. Everything you don't pick stays as filmed, which is what makes people rewind.
4. Put the hook on top
Add a short line at the top of the reel: “Pro club, sign me”, “Rate my ride”, “Is it AI?”. Five words or fewer. Then end with “comment STADIUM for the prompt” to turn viewers into followers.
5. Post the original too
A quick before/after at the end, or a second post with the raw clip, doubles the comments. People love to check.
