Terms of Service

1. The service

Artlio lets you generate images and videos with AI models from text prompts and images you upload. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18, give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Credits and payments

• Generations consume credits. The cost is shown before you generate.
• Plan credits reset every billing cycle; purchased credit packs do not expire.
• Failed generations are refunded automatically in credits.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload and generate. On paid plans you may use outputs commercially. You grant us the limited licence needed to process, store and display your content to provide the service.

5. Acceptable use

• No content depicting real people without their consent, or sexual content involving minors.
• No deceptive deepfakes, harassment, hate, or content that infringes others' rights.
• No attempts to abuse, scrape or overload the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Faces, voices and likeness

• Only upload photos, videos or voice recordings of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it. Each time you upload, you confirm you have that right.
• Cloning a voice or building a character from someone's face requires that person's consent. Public figures are no exception.
• Library presenters and characters are fictional. Don't use them to pass off content as real testimony or a real person's opinion.

7. Labelling AI content

When you publish content made with Artlio, say that it is AI-generated wherever a platform or the law asks you to, for example by turning on the platform's AI label. Never present AI content as a recording of a real event.

8. Creator programmes

Programmes such as Earn, grants and contests have their own rules, shown before you join. Rewards are only paid for content that follows these terms and those rules.

9. Liability

AI output can be unpredictable. The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law.
