and keeps your trust

Product questions and feedback are welcome too; the community pages are the place to share work and ask other creators.

Subscriptions and credit packs will be processed by Stripe, a regulated payment provider. Card details never touch our servers.

Your payment history and plan will always be visible in your account, and you can cancel from there at any time.

Every generation shows its exact cost before you press Generate.

If a render fails, its credits go straight back to your balance, automatically.

Credit packs never expire. Plan credits reset each billing cycle, and packs are used after plan credits.

Prompts, reference images and outputs pass through each model provider's safety filters, so rules can vary slightly between models.

We don't allow sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation designed to deceive, or content that promotes violence or harassment.

Cloning a voice or a face requires the consent of the person it belongs to.

We ask everyone to say when something is made with AI. Turn on the AI label your platform offers when you post, and never present AI footage of a real event as real.

Creator programmes such as Earn require the AI label on every submitted reel.

Don't use other companies' logos, products or trademarks in a way that suggests they made or endorse your content.

Don't put real people, public figures included, into content they didn't agree to. Rights holders can ask us to remove content that uses their brand or likeness, and we act on valid requests.

Payouts in creator programmes count verified views only. Bought views, bots, reposted or stolen content and duplicate accounts are removed, and the rewards withheld.

Eligibility, rates and rules are shown before you join a campaign, so you know exactly what counts.

Card payments will run through Stripe, so card details never reach our servers. You can revoke an API key from the console at any time.

Found a security issue? Email hello@artlio.ai with the details and steps to reproduce. Please give us time to fix it before sharing it publicly.

Work shared in the community is screened automatically and can be reported by anyone. Reported posts are reviewed and removed when they break the guidelines.

You own what you create. Uploads and private generations are not used to train models.

You can delete any generation, upload or your whole account. See the privacy policy for the details.

To report content, a security issue or misuse of someone's likeness, email hello@artlio.ai with a link and a short description. Every report is reviewed.
